STORY

We are a group of best mates, ravers, bassline junkies, rebels & renegades. Most of us live together at an artist's community in North Devon with our own makeshift DIY studio & rehearsal space. In our first jam, we felt this insane electric current come through all of us & the LION BONES beast experience was born - a trance-inducing, immersive ritual riding the genre-bending sonic dragon of madness. Born out of the impulse to break out the conformity of our conscious community scene & reignite the threads of our past into a fusion for the future.

MISSION

TRANSMISSION_01 // WHY WE DO THIS

We're all being fucked over by the system & everybody can feel it. We've been sedated, scrolled at & sold to until we've forgotten what it truly means to FEEL ALIVE. LION BONES IS THE ALARM GOING OFF. Seven best mates pouring all of our raw life force energy into every bassline, breakdown, bar & beat. And we are here to bring everyone on this journey with us. To lose ourselves together & RAGE, RAVE, GET WEIRD, GET FREAKY, GET WILD & shake out all the angst & bullshit we’ve been collectively carrying. Let's remember how to feel ALIVE.

FIELD REPORT // WHAT PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT LION BONES

"A riotous collision of punk, ska & pure festival euphoria. The sort of live show where nobody remember exactly what happened only that it was fucking brilliant." - Zak Avery, co-founder of Medicine Festival
"LION BONES are what happens when a rock band, a tribal drum circle, and a late-night underground rave all decide to move into the same room. Their sound fuses raw guitars, primal percussion, deep bass, and psychedelic textures into something designed to surrender to. A seven-piece live act, they create an experience that moves from ritualistic grooves to explosive dance floor release. Their music channels rebellion, embodiment, and collective liberation, inviting people out of their minds and into their bodies. It ends up somewhere between a sweaty mosh pit and an ecstatic gathering 😵" - Avalon Dance Odyssey
